FORMS OF PAYMENT
A reservation will be confirmed after the payment of 100% of the total price in advance. No reservation will be considered confirmed if it has not successfully completed the payment process and Món d’Aventura cannot guarantee the availability of places in such case.
*Special conditions are established for school groups, communions, and birthday parties (upon request).
The following forms of payment are accepted:
Debit or credit cards. Bank transfer. Cash. In the exceptional case of an outstanding amount, this will be paid on the day of the activity. As a general rule, this payment will be made in cash, as in many meeting points for activities we do not have a POS.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
As a booking confirmation, the client will receive, via e-mail, a Booking Confirmation issued by us which does not necessarily need to be presented to carry out the contracted activity.
Cancellations policy
Cancellations by the visitor
· More than 72 hours in advance: 100% refund
· More than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund
· Less than 24 hours in advance: No refund
Cancellations by Món d’Aventura
· Due to lack of availability: alternative activity proposal or 100% refund.
· Cancellation of a reservation due to accidental overbooking: 100% refund.
· Cancellation of the activity due to adverse weather: alternative activity proposal or 100% refund.
· Cancellation of the activity due to guide's illness: 100% refund.
· The visitor does not meet the minimum physical requirements to carry out the activity: no refund.
